Yes, all of Putra Food's products are certified HALAL by JAKIM Malaysia. You can verify this on JAKIM's portal.

The shelf life of Putra Food's products is 9 months when stored in a freezer at -18°C. You can also refer to the expiry date on the packaging label.

To begin your journey with Putra Food Industries, simply head to our "Contact Us" page and submit your inquiry. Our team will guide you through the process and provide any necessary assistance.

The minimum purchase is RM250.00. (Self-pickup or delivery charges are based on the distance.)

The MOQ for free delivery is RM500.00 within a 30km radius. For distances beyond 30km, additional MOQ or distance-based charges apply.

Yes, deliveries can be made to all your outlets according to the terms mentioned.

All deliveries outside the Klang Valley area will be managed by other delivery companies. The customer is responsible for covering all delivery costs.

Our standard delivery time is three (3) working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Please note that orders must be placed before 11 am to be processed on the same day; orders received after 11 am will be processed the following day.

Payment must be made before the stock is delivered (Cash Before Delivery - CBD). Account details will be provided, and payments can be made online.
